Chelsea's senior squad might be a bit superior to Arsenal's but when it comes to comparing the Academies, Arsenal's Hale End is at a higher level than Chelsea's Cobham. In terms of the infrastructure, there is a slight disparity with Arsenal's being the better one, but that is not really important because the amount of talent streaming into the respective Academies is almost the same. The quality of players however is a huge distinction and Arsenal's side has proven to be superior on more than one occasion.
