Thomas Partey

Thomas Partey is finally getting back on track and his ratings for Arsenal in the past three matches have been off the charts. In the last Arsenal outing, he assisted his second goal as a Gunner after sliding in an inviting through pass to Bukayo Saka who mercilessly shot the ball to the far post and into the net. Partey's performance has not gone unnoticed as many fans have appreciated his huge role alongside Granit Xhaka in the midfield position.

Defensively, he has been more stable thanks to Xhaka's defensive-mindedness and as a result, Arsenal have conceded fewer goals when the two have been on the pitch in the most recent matches. His consistency is what Arsenal fans are praying for since he has been considered an important figure in Arsenal's pursuit for a top-four finish.

Jack Wilshere

Recently, Jack Wilshere was announced as the new addition to Danish Superliga side Aarhus Gymnastikforenig after being signed on a six-month loan deal as a free agent. In his first interview as an Aarhus player, he pledged to do his best for the club as well as create a lasting bond between him and the other players in the club. He also said that he was looking forward to playing under the new management and also interacting with his new teammates.

His transfer will be a big boost to his morale as a professional player because at some point last year after his contract with Bournemouth ran out, he was left very frustrated when the transfer window closed and he had not yet found a club to play for. Arsenal were nonetheless generous enough to allow him to train with their squad but Arteta made it quite clear to him that he would not be re-signed at Arsenal.

Gabriel Martinelli

Following Emile Smith Rowe's awesome performance against Brentford, Gabriel Martinelli has been guaranteed a hard entry into the starting eleven because Mikel Arteta will be seeking to fully exploit Emile Smith Rowe's goalscoring form. The good thing is that Martinelli will get a few minutes as a substitute but nothing more.
