Chelsea is reportedly planning a summer transfer move to secure the services of a 24-year-old France international from Barcelona this summer, according to a report.
The 24-year-old French attacker has been in a stunning form for Barcelona since he joined from Dortmund, in a deal known to be a world record deal, but have seen most of his seasons been hampered with injuries crisis.
Ousmane Dembele has continued to be linked with a move out of Camp Nou, having failed to agree on the new contract offer brought to him by Barcelona.
The France international has been able to attract interest from several Premier League top clubs, owing to his world-class playing styles and skills, with Premier League clubs like Chelsea and Manchester United is known to be a good admirer of the French star.
Thomas Tuchel wants to bolster his attack in the summer and he looks to have identified Dembele as a cheaper alternative to Serge Gnabry, who he had first shown interest in signing from Bayern Munich.
However, Chelsea could face competitions elsewhere, as Juventus are also known to be interested in landing the signature of the 24-year-old former Dortmund attacker.
