Manchester United is a club in crisis according to media reports. Some players are said to be in a power struggle, while the permanent manager's position remains vacant. Off field, Mason Greenwood's sexual assault case has seen the player frozen out of the team. Many players are reportedly not happy with how they are being handled and want out of the club.

Although some often issues reported have been debunked by the players and staff, there appears to be just a single solution to all the issues. In fact, it is the easiest solution, in my opinion.
At the start of the season, it appeared that Manchester United would be looking to win titles. The arrival of Varane, Ronaldo and Sancho lifted the expectations around Old Trafford.
However, months into the season, Manchester United are fighting to even make the top four.
Off the field, Mason Greenwood has been accused of sexual assault, and he is currently being investigated. On the field, results and performances leave a lot to be desired. Then, there is the uncertainty surrounding the managerial role on the long term, as Rangnick is only an interim manager.
Furthermore, due to Harry Maguire's woeful performances this season, many have called for him to be dropped and be stripped off the captaincy duty. Cristiano Ronaldo, David De Gea and Fernandes are the media favourites to replace him.

Although Rangnick has so far backed him up, the issue doesn't look to be cooling down. Every game Manchester United fail to win, this and other issues dominate headlines.
In the wake of all of these, one wonders what the solutions could be. Luckily for Manchester United, there is just a single solution to this crisis, in my opinion. The only solution is for Manchester United to go on a winning run of matches.
The club need to be consistent and pick up consecutive wins in all competitions. It is the easiest way for them to end the crisis that they are in at the moment. They don't need to spend or change the manager to achieve this. Hence, it's the easiest solution. Just win games.
Unfortunately, as easy as this looks, it's one thing Manchester United have not been able to do. They have never been consistent when it comes to winning games since 2013. They have only won about 2 of their last 6 or 7 games in all competitions.
Similarly, reports of rift in the squad will not have any justification whatsoever. After all, a club celebrating wins should be far from such issues. It will be difficult to publish articles about rifts and cracks in a team going through a winning run of matches.
Furthermore, instead of the uncertainty on who would be the next manager, reports will begin to link Rangnick for the permanent role. Suddenly, Mason Greenwood's issues will be off the media at least. Even reports of Ronaldo leaving at season end will disappear.
While the issues surrounding Manchester United lingers, their woeful run has helped in exaggerating them all. The only solution therefore is: A run of wins from the club and all will be sweet again. Fortunately, it appears to be the easiest solution.
