French club Paris Saint-Germain have agreed to sign Barcelona's Ousmane Dembele, according to sources in Spain.
At the conclusion of the current season, Dembele's contract with Barcelona ends and he appears certain to join French league leaders PSG.
According to AS, Barcelona insiders think that the Frenchman has already agreed to join Paris Saint-Germain.
When the World Cup-winning 24-year-old failed to sign a new contract in January and subsequently left through transfer during the window, he had a dramatic fallout with the club, but he has since recovered and shone in the Blaugrana's 4-0 El Clasico thrashing of Real Madrid.
AS, on the other hand, has stated that Parisians have a different opinion. In light of the club's elimination from the Champions League last 16, a deal for Dembele seems a little out of place given the uncertainty surrounding the futures of many important players.
Seven assists and one goal in the previous five league games have highlighted the genuine potential of Dembele, something he has failed to tap into during his five years at Barcelona due to a number of ailments.
