Conor Gallagher, according to Tony Cascarino, is a big talent for Chelsea. On loan at Crystal Palace this season, the 22-year-old has established himself as one of the Premier League's most promising possibilities.
Cescalini feels Gallagher would bring something new to the Chelsea starting line-up next season, even though he's not sure whether or not Tuchel would find him the right match for his tactical approach.
Even though Gallagher would be an excellent acquisition for Liverpool, the commentator thinks that the Reds are unlikely to move him to one of their primary championship competitors.
"Conor Gallagher is an amazing offensive midfielder who constantly appears like he's going to grab a goal or provide an assist," stated Cascarino on talkSPORT.
In my opinion, there are not many people like him.
Adding a man with his potential to score behind their front three would be ideal for Liverpool, in my opinion.
Although Liverpool would never trade him to Chelsea, they would make a killing with him."
It is a given that Conor Gallagher will find the back of the net. I'm not sure whether he'll get a shot at Chelsea or not. Although no one in Chelsea's squad is capable of doing what he does, Thomas Tuchel's system may accommodate someone of his caliber.
He should give him another opportunity, in my opinion.
We hope that Gallagher's impressive displays for Crystal Palace and England have convinced Tuchel that he's talented enough to play regularly at Chelsea.
When Mohamed Salah and Kevin De Bruyne left the club to join their rivals, it was a huge waste of talent for the west London titans to do the same.
